Terms and conditions
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. We will provide you a shipping status update and include the tracking number once it leaves our warehouse. If you purchase more than a pallet or 20 Cases of tape, it may be cheaper to ask our sales agents about ground freight. This price is fixed and we cannot offer any lower discount from our ground freight partnering companies. Contact us if you wish to use ground freight for large orders.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. If for any reason the product is damaged, we will first open a claim with the shipping company and then resolve the matter with our customer if the packaging was only found to be defective.
For all all returns, a 5% restocking fee will apply to the total amount of the order. We may reserve the right to call this restocking fee "handling". If you are unhappy with any of our products you may return them within 30 days of the purchase. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. The buyer agrees to pay for the return shipping on all returns and will be reimbursed if the items are defective or damaged. In the event they wish to return an item because the items were defective or damaged, we will send a replacement to the customer. Gaff Tapes will inspect the items for defectiveness or damage upon reciept of the return shipment. At that point the customer will be reimbursed appropriately.
