When you place an order with us, your packages will typically be shipped within 5-7 days after payment confirmation. We partner with UPS for reliable shipping, offering tracking details to keep you informed about your delivery's status.

For larger orders exceeding a pallet or 20 cases of tape, consider inquiring about ground freight options through our sales agents for possible cost savings. Please note that the ground freight price is fixed with no further discounts available from our partnering companies.

Shipping fees cover handling, packing, and postage costs. While handling fees remain constant, transport charges depend on the shipment's total weight. We recommend consolidating items in a single order to streamline shipping. Please keep in mind that separate orders will incur shipping fees individually.

Your package will be shipped with utmost care to safeguard any delicate items. In case of any damage, we will initiate a claim with the shipping company and work with you for a resolution, particularly if the issue is attributed to faulty packaging.


We accept returns for defective or damaged tape products only. Request a sample before purchasing to ensure the quality meets your expectations. Contact us to discuss returning items and seek approval within 30 days of purchasing.

For all Approved Returns, a 10% restocking fee will apply to the total amount of the order. We may reserve the right to call this restocking fee "handling." Shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as postage costs. The buyer agrees to pay for the return shipping on all returns and will be reimbursed if the items are defective or damaged. In the event you wish to return an item because the item was defective or damaged, we will send a replacement to the customer. Gaff Tapes will inspect the items for defectiveness or damage upon receipt of the return shipment. At that point, the customer will be reimbursed appropriately.

Damages and issues
Please review your order when you receive it and let us know immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
